Goals
What it is: The Goals module is used to set, track, and manage individual, team, and company-wide objectives. It supports various goal-setting frameworks, such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and SMART goals.
How we use it: We use this module to align our efforts, define clear expectations, track progress towards key objectives, and foster a sense of accountability. Here, you will find annual goals you set for yourself, goals your manager set for you, goals head of departments set for their department, and company goals that impact everybody. Individual goals are reviewed at least once a month with your direct manager. Department and company goals are reviewed as well once a month in dedicated strategic meetings between executives.

Reviews
What it is: The Reviews module facilitates structured performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, and self-evaluations.
How we use it: We leverage this module to conduct regular performance reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, identify strengths and areas for development, and plan for future growth.
Two reviews are particularly important/formal: the mid-year and end-of-year evaluations. Those serve as the basis for job position changes and salary package increases.

Feedback

Learning
What it is: The Learning module provides a platform for creating, delivering, and tracking employee training and development programs.
How we use it: We utilize this module to provide employees with access to relevant learning resources, track their progress, identify skill gaps, and personalize development plans. You should always check with your direct manager for the learning tracks that are relevant for you and then enroll in those

Surveys
What it is: The Surveys module enables us to create and distribute various types of surveys, such as engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback forms.
How we use it: We use this module to gather employee feedback, measure engagement levels, identify areas for improvement in our processes and culture, and track the impact of our initiatives. We send a survey on average every 8 weeks with the following schedule:
Second Friday of February
last Friday of April
last Friday of June
last Friday of September
Last Friday of November
Those surveys should take between 3 minutes and 10 minutes to fill in, depending on how much you write in the open questions. Survey responses are strictly anonymous, and the platform is designed to ensure that under no circumstances, including super admin access, individual responses can be attributed to any specific user, thereby guaranteeing complete confidentiality.
