As we scale and tackle the complexities of Data & Generative AI, we want you focused on relentless execution and delivering a "WOW" experience for our clients—not worrying about whether you are being compensated fairly.

Our compensation philosophy is designed to be highly competitive, straightforward, and tied directly to the impact you bring to the company.

#### 1. Competitive & Transparent Base Pay

We offer top-tier salaries benchmarked against the local markets of our hubs (Geneva, Madrid, and remote locations) to ensure we attract and retain the best builders in the industry. We do not play guessing games or lowball during the offer stage. You will receive a highly competitive package that accurately reflects your expertise, your role, and the market standard.

#### 2. Performance-Driven Growth

Your career progression and salary adjustments at Astrafy are dictated by your output, your technical excellence, and your alignment with the Astrafy DNA—not just your tenure. We conduct regular performance cycles to provide radical candour on your trajectory. These reviews are dedicated opportunities to discuss your growth and evaluate merit-based compensation adjustments.

#### 3. Sharing in the Success: Phantom Stock Shares

We believe that the people who build Astrafy's future should have the opportunity to share in its long-term success.

While it is not an automatic guarantee upon hiring, we cultivate a strong culture of distributing equity to our team through Phantom Stock Shares. This program is specifically reserved for outstanding employees who consistently demonstrate the Astrafy DNA and drive significant business value.

Eligibility for phantom stock depends on a variety of factors, including exceptional performance, leadership, tenure, and your overall impact on the company's scale-up journey. It is our way of ensuring that our most dedicated builders act as true owners and are directly rewarded for the enterprise value they help create.
