This manifesto is the very first document we have drawn when starting Astrafy. It is our internal constitution and the rules by which we always live by.
Focus on Happiness and Exceeding Expectations We WOW people with our service ! Whether we are dealing with coworkers or our amazing clients, we WOW people with our amazing services by going above and beyond the call of duty and exceeding expectations.
Trust and Faith are the Pillars of our Communication We keep everyone in the circle of trust ! We will always be transparent, truthful and constructive. Fundamentally, we believe that openness and honesty make for the best relationships because that leads to trust and faith. We value strong relationships with managers, direct reports, customers (internal and external), vendors, business partners, team members.
Build a Positive Team and Family Spirit There’s no “I” in team! We encourage diversity in ideas, opinions, and points of view. We take ownership of issues and collaborate with other team members whenever challenges arise. We are more than just a team though -- we are a family. Our bonds go far beyond the typical "co-worker" relationships found at most other companies.
Learn Quick, Fail Fast, and Celebrate Success If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again! Sometimes it takes a failure with a dash of persistence to get it right. We fail fast and regroup. Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn but we do not like to lose. Failure is not the opposite of success; it is on the road to it.
Embrace and Drive Change The best way to predict the future is to create it. We lead and encourage change and we want leaders that can quickly adapt. We never accept the status quo because historically, the companies that get into trouble are those that aren't able to respond quickly enough to change.
Have Fun and Be Quirky We're a little weird...but in a good way! We value fun and hire quirky people, which enables us all to show how unique we are in this world. We want the company to have a unique and memorable personality.
Be Innovative, Creative, and Open-Minded We invent, experiment, grow, take risks, make mistakes and learn. It’s important to be bold and innovative and take risks as long as we’re on the path to improvement. We should always be seeking adventure and having fun exploring new possibilities. By having the freedom to be creative in our solutions, we end up making our own luck. We approach situations and challenges with an open mind.
Be Curious Let curiosity fuel results. It's important for employees to grow both personally and professionally, to learn something each day at work, and to share this learning. We believe that inside every employee is more potential than even the employee himself/herself realizes and our job is to uncover the hidden potential and apply it in a meaningful and exponential way to their every day work environment.
Be Frugal and Spend Wisely We stay on budget like a boss! We are self funded and need to treat every dollar like it was our own. Every dollar we save, we can use to develop people or invest in our business. We reward frugality and have always been about being able to do more with less.
